• What is Meditation?
Meditation isn’t about becoming a different person, a new person, or even a better person. It’s about training in awareness and getting a healthy sense of perspective. You’re not trying to turn off your thoughts or feelings. You’re learning to observe them without judgment. And eventually, you may start to better understand them as well. "Meditation is a practice to knowing ourselves."
• Basics for Meditation:
We must practice Meditation at least twice a day, and the best times are towards the morning(down) and evening(dusk). When night passes into day and day passes into night. This is a state of relative calmness ensures naturally.
• Right Place for Meditation:
There is no need of any special place, the thing that's need is Silence. Choose a place which is very Peace & Soulful. Means that any reasonably quiet, comfortable place where you’re not likely to be interrupted is just fine.
• Right Time for Meditation:
We recommend meditating first thing in the morning if you can. It’s a nice way to start the day and is usually the easiest time to find a few undisturbed minutes. The most important thing is to pick a time that works for you and try to consistently meditate at that time.

• Controls anxiety.
